Technical Papers

This page shows displays a selection of technical management reports produced produced for the Payette National Forest. These documents were written to provide technical guidance for analyses for performed pursuant to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements and for consultation with federal regulatory agencies under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Most of these are not available online but do exist as PDF files and should be available from the Forest on request (may require Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] request.
